Not every technician is the same and not everyone can learn PDR. With PDR it's not about the number of years in the industry that shows experience to make a quality repair, it is learned ability and skill.

About Paintless Dent Repair (PDR)
Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) is just that. It is the art of reshaping metal from the opposite side of the seen surface, restoring the damaged area back to its original factory state, without harming or refinishing the exposed seen surface. This is primarily focused on an automotive application, but I've also used this technique to repair kitchen sinks, refrigerator doors, stoves, grills, and other metal surfaced objects.
